Refund policy

At E.M. Teas, our customers are as important as our plants! 

Return Eligibility: We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its UNOPENED original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@plantsthatplease.com, with your ORDER # to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will get you a new one in a flash!

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellation Policy: In an effort to ship items as quickly as possible, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following the guidelines outlined above.
